Fresh new bits, included debug versions, are available for download from http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10.html.
After playing with them for a couple of hours I am happily impressed with the number of bugs fixed and the performance optimizations (check out the release notes ).
For your reference, the build number for this prerelease is 10.1.51.95 for all platforms.
